Elizabeth “Elle” Wittelsbach, founder of Strangest Angels Animal Rescue, will rescue anything with a pulse and she will do it in her favorite dress. Although she tries to help all kinds of animals, in all kinds of situations, her main focus is the animals on the euthanasia list at animal shelters.
