Adoptable Pet of the Day: Ashley
Ashley is a beautiful Sheltie/Cocker Spaniel mix available for adoption from the Homeless Animal Rescue Team (Fillmore, California 93016).
April 20, 2009
Ashley came to HART with her partner dog Molly from the Pasadena Humane Society in California, due to the loss of their older guardian. She is a rather pensive dog, observed on occasion contemplating her surroundings and taking in everything with a great deal of interest. At first stand-offish and overly opinionated, Ashley has come a long way since joining HART. With positive rewards training, Ashley now warms up to people and enjoys her interactions with them.
A new inductee to the joys of the local dog park, Ashley is very appropriate with off-leash dogs, introducing herself with an excellent attitude. Ashley is 8 years old; 25 pounds. She is always patient and loving with volunteers at HART's mobile adoption. She enjoys her walks.

PetWork note: Some lucky pets may already have found their forever homes by the time you meet them here, but don't worry. There are plenty of other wonderful pets who would be happy to share your home and love you to pieces.
