Adoptable Pet of the Day: Roz

Do you remember how cold it was this past winter? Roz sure does because he spent his life outside before he was rescued. Having to fend for himself outside with no one to love and care for him, Roz looks a little scrappy. But, if you want a kitty who is ever so thankful for a few head scratches and decent food, Roz is your man! Roz will just purr away. He is sure to blossom into a handsome man with a sleek coat if just given a warm place to sleep, decent food, and a little attention. Roz won't take it for granted! Please give him a chance.
