Adoptable Pet of the Day: Chessie

"Hello, I'm Chessie! I am a very active, playful kitten who thrives on interaction with other animals. I am a little bit shy about people I don't know, but once I get to know you, I will love playing with you! I'm a very good, polite little man, I always use the litterbox, and I know how to use my scratching post. I do like to climb, so make sure you provide me with a big, tall, safe kitty tree to climb! I'm not much into cuddling, because I am a teenager, in kitty terms. As I get older, I will become more docile and snuggly, but for now, it's all play, play, play! I will need another cat or dog to play with in my new home. If I could choose my new home, I would pick one that would like TWO kitties, me and one of my brothers. I am OK with children, as long as they are calm and quiet, and don't chase me. Aren't I a handsome boy? How would I look curled up on your couch?"
