Adoptable Pet of the Day: Neptune

— filed under:

Neptune is a quiet, loving 10-year-old male French Bulldog mix available for adoption from Peppertree Rescue (Albany, New York 12220).

July 20, 2009

Neptune is not a flashy dog but oh, what a good boy! He was found abandoned and tied to a bench in NYC. Hard to imagine how anyone could do such a thing to this mellow and friendly dog. He loves everyone, especially men.

Neptune is "low maintenance." He is quiet, housebroken, and does not chew, but he does love a good game of tug-of-war. Small dogs and cats should not be part of his family, although he currently lives with a French bulldog and does well with her. Please consider meeting Neptune and finding out for yourself why his foster mom loves him so!

PetWork note: Some lucky pets may already have found their forever homes by the time you meet them here, but don't worry. There are plenty of other wonderful pets who would be happy to share your home and love you to pieces.
