Adoptable Pet of the Day: Nube

This handsome gentleman is Nube (pronounced New-Bay, which means "cloud"), and he does his best to live up to his name. Nube is a declawed cloud of gorgeous long white fur, and his favorite activity is lounging on a sunny windowsill as the world drifts by outside.

Nube is affectionate and well-mannered, and he loves to sit on the couch with cat-loving human friends. With such long fur, Nube also appreciates a gentle brushing to help him look his best. But when it's playtime, Nube springs into action to romp with kitty toys and pounce on wiggling string toys. He also relishes an occasional pinch of catnip and will happily snack on any kitty treats offered to him. But one of Nube's funniest tricks is drinking from dripping faucets. You'll laugh as you watch this silly "white cloud" trying to catch water droplets!

Nube came from a loving home, but his owner became ill and could no longer care for him. So now Nube waits patiently for someone to take him home and love him forever. If you need to brighten your life, fluffy white Nube with his sweet ways and sunny personality is a sure cure for anyone's rainy-day blues!
