Sam is a 4-year-old male Pitbull Terrier mix available for adoption from Orphans of the Storm (Riverwoods, Illinois 60015).

It doesn't make sense why this guy's owner isn't looking for him. When Sam got to Orphans of the Storm it was obvious that he had not missed a meal; he could stand to lose a few pounds. Looking for a walking partner? He'd be great!
