Adoptable Pet of the Day: Chester

Chester was found as a stray living on the streets of Palmyra when he was humanely trapped by one of CPAA's volunteers. After being neutered, CPAA discovered that he was quite a friendly gentleman, but he had some health issues that needed attention. Chester had a severe chemical burn on his front paw, ear infections, feline herpes, and a bladder infection. Wow -- this poor guy needed help badly! PAWS went to work and gave him lots of love and TLC. With special care, this orange and white lover boy has recovered nicely. CPAA believes Chester is about eight years old. He is one of the most affectionate cats you could ever meet. A true lap cat, Chester loves people, but would prefer to be an only cat. Chester forms close bonds with the people he loves, and doesn't want to share his “people” with another cat.
Chester eats a special food because of his old urinary problem. The special food isn't much trouble, and it's kept the urinary problem at bay. Chester has been in foster care for a while, and is anxious to go to his forever home. He loves to play, he’s cute, and he's lovable -- won't you give him a try?

PetWork note: Some lucky pets may already have found their forever homes by the time you meet them here, but don't worry. There are plenty of other wonderful pets who would be happy to share your home and love you to pieces.
