Adoptable Pet of the Day: Cleo

— filed under:

Cleo is a beautiful adult female cat available for adoption from Humane Society of Huron Valley (Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105).

May 28, 2009

Cleo is a big beautiful gal who has gold eyes and a loud purr. She's about 3 years old, and is at HSHV because of one of those landlords who doesn't allow pets. Cleo is declawed on all four paws, so she has to be an indoor-only kitty. She's spayed, litterbox trained, up to date on shots, and she's just waiting to find a new and forever family to love!

Cleo does like to play too, especially with toys on strings. She's kind of laid back about it, but outside the cage she would play chase! Cleo needed a break from the shelter hubbub, so she is in foster care at the moment, and her foster mom reports that "when she arrived she was a bit hissy and untidy, but now she's sweet and friendly as can be. She's also the kind of cat who will let you know when you're dismissed ;-) She likes to play Fishing Pole toy and be scritched behind the ears and brushed all over."

PetWork note: Some lucky pets may already have found their forever homes by the time you meet them here, but don't worry. There are plenty of other wonderful pets who would be happy to share your home and love you to pieces.
