Adoptable Special Needs: Catsberger
Catsberger is a shy but affectionate young female Domestic Longhair mix available for adoption from Pets Without Parents (Columbus, Ohio 43214).
April 22, 2009
Catsberger was rescued by a family that found two kittens in their yard. Catsberger had an abscess in her mouth and lost a tooth, which is all better. But now she's been diagnosed with patellar luxation in her back legs. Her ligaments that hold her patellars to her knee joint are loose. This allows her knee joint to pop in and out. She is a shy little girl when she first meets you but once she knows you, she becomes very affectionate as she has with her foster family.
Here's what Catsberger's foster mom had to say about her:
She gets along with other cats and with small dogs, like chihuahuas. She still walks a little funny but it's getting better.
She is very loving and loves to cuddle. She loves to play. She loves to run around and figure out new things throughout the house. She loves baths and loves being brushed. She purrs so loud, and will get up around your neck and cuddle, and she lays on your chest when you're laying around.
Give this little girl who's been through so much in so little time the forever love she deserves.
Catsberger is currently in foster care. If you are interested in Catsberger, please call the shelter at 267-PAWS.
