Adoptable Special Needs: Penguin
Penguin is a sweet and special male cat available for adoption from Good Mews Animal Foundation (Marietta, Georgia 30068).
April 26, 2009
Many months after a traumatic injury, Penguin is able to walk and get around quite well. He is and always has been a bit intimidated by all the other cats in the shelter, but, who could blame him? He knows he is a bit different and extra special!
Penquin is a very nice cat but he often gets overlooked on adoption days. He either stays to himself or may even be a bit grumbly if the other cats get too close. However when you spend one on one time with him, he is a very nice cat.
Penquin would thrive in a home of his own without 85 cats around him. Although he is extra special, he requires very little special treatment. He is still on anti-inflammatory medicine for his joints and also takes omega maxx, a fish oil product, which helps his fur and skin. Both medicines are given in his food so it will be very easy for his future owner.
Please come to meet Penquin and perhaps you are the special home he has been waiting for!

PetWork note: Some lucky pets may already have found their forever homes by the time you meet them here, but don't worry. There are plenty of other wonderful pets who would be happy to share your home and love you to pieces.
