Adoptable Special Needs: Bella

Bella is about 4 years old. She was chained on a porch most of her life and then her owners moved away and left her behind.

Bella is very sweet, loving, and playful, and would love to be part of a family. She gets along with other dogs as long as they accept her as the boss. Bella has one blue eye and one brown eye; that is just one unique quality about her. If you meet Bella, you will understand how loving she is even though she was abused. It takes Bella a while to get used to men but she instantly falls in love with all women.
