Elvira is a very sweet older cat who lives in the Executive Director's office at SICSA. Elvira enjoys affection on her terms and is VERY talkative. She loves to be involved in your daily activities and enjoys snuggling on your lap. She also enjoys basking in the sun on a window ledge. Elvira has lived at SICSA for over two years and is in need of a forever home. Won't you come and visit Elvira today?
