Adoptable Senior: Lenore

Lenore came to Longmeadow in May 2009. She was underweight and suffering from internal and external parasites. She has completed her treatment for the parasites and she has continued to put weight on. She is currently close to maintenance weight.

Lenore has been tried under saddle. She neck reins and responds to leg pressure with lateral movement. She needs some training to improve her reverse and stop. She has also been ridden bareback. She is a very quiet and good-natured mare.
