Adoptable Senior/Special Needs: Tillie

Tillie's true age is unknown. She could be anywhere from 9 to 13 years old now and is an adorable l5 lb. Dachsie who has a LOT of love to give. She is extremely affectionate and gets along with everyone, including children, other dogs, some cats, and strangers. She loves chewing on a bone or just cuddling with her favorite person.

Tillie has Addison's disease which means her adrenal glands do not produce sufficient amounts of steroid hormones. She requires an injection every month and a very small amount of prednisone every few days to control the Addison's. This allows her to live a happy and normal life. She is very good at taking her pills and is just a pleasure to have around.
