Adoptable Special Needs: Buddy

Buddy was left on the streets by his former owner and was trying to survive by eating at a feral colony. He was rescued and is very grateful to have food and a safe place to be. He is about 3 years old and a very friendly fellow. He loves attention and comes right over to be petted when called. He is FIV+ but very healthy. He would love to find a permanent home.
